He was a solid and very attentive footballer. He was carefully studying his every move. He was born on July 30, 1959, in Ioannina, Epirus. He started his career in the amateur team of PAS Ioannina and in 1978 was promoted to the first team. He was playing a central defender. He watched the centre-field opponent hard but not at all. It was reasonable for the people of Olympiakos to watch him. They approached him and in 1984, who was using his 5-year-old, they took him to Piraeus. Vassilis Papangelis (we are talking about) has been fighting the red whites for 3 years.
